Metaverse is a young and independent game development company led by industry veterans who worked for core games such as Far Cry, Destiny, Halo series, Warface, League of Legends, Diablo Immortal, Mount&Blade series, Metro Exodus, and more.     The Angelic Game

    Angelic combines turn-based strategy combat with a narrative RPG, all backed by a collaboratively crafting science-fiction setting thanks to blockchain technology. Get ready to shape a massive conflict in the dark and compelling universe of Angelic.

    Job Description

    As a Lead UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for managing and mentoring UI/UX team and be a key player on creating high-quality believable Sci-Fi world.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize and prioritize tasks with the Producer
    • Track the creation process, identify problems and find solutions
    • Lead and guide the team to create stunning UI experience with SCI-FI art style
    • Create concepts and design game menus, UI, badges, logos etc.
    • Collaboration with the Art Director to maintain consistency on the art style
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and provide solutions
    • Cooperation with other departments of the studio
    • Provide feedback to the team, mentor for the best practices
    • Create documentation of UX flows, UI mockups, and style guides



    Skills & Requirements

    • 5+ years working in the game industry, specializing in Interface Design or equivalent
    • A portfolio which demonstrates excellent UI/UX art skills
    • Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or similar
    • Solid graphic design skills (layout, typography, motion design)
    • Ability to give constructive feedback to the design team
    • Staying up-to-date on industry trends
    • A keen eye for composition, shape, color, and detail
    • Being able to adapt realistic sci-fi art style
    • Ability to manage user experience from layouts, flows to the detailed and finished product
    • Great communication and leadership skills and also being a team player
    • Fluent in English, both verbally and written
    • Unreal Engine & AA+ game experience
